Receptionist

The Neighbourhood Vet has been established for 12 years and is still growing so we are looking to expand our reception team!

We are a progressive 20 vet practice with our main hospital situated in the heart of East Dulwich, on popular Lordship Lane and our two branch clinics located nearby in Crofton Park and Penge, where we are a strong part of the community.  We are a close, caring and fun team who pride ourselves on offering the best service and veterinary care and who always wish to treat clients and their pets with kindness and compassion.

As part of our reception team, you will be the first point of contact with our clients, so we are looking for a friendly and approachable team member, who loves animals (and people!) just as much as we do. Daily tasks will include; answering phones, replying to emails, greeting clients, talking through accounts, taking payments, assisting with insurance queries, as well as diary management, to name a few.
