Samirah

Previously having volunteered at the Blue Cross Animal Hospital in Victoria, Samirah started her nursing journey in a busy 24-hour hospital in Greenwich before joining The Neighbourhood Vet in July 2024 as a Student Veterinary Nurse. 

Samirah has been working in the veterinary industry for over 7 years now and couldn’t see herself doing anything else.  She is particularly fond of black cats and believes they bring good luck, contrary to the popular superstition and loves to see these patients in practice. 

Samirah has a degree in psychology and has used her background to volunteer at The National Autism Society. In her spare time, she enjoys practicing Yoga, Jump Rope and Hula Hooping.
